Purdue got some exciting news on Wednesday, 2022 recruit Brady Allen officially committed to the Boilermakers!

Brady is a 6’5” 200lb Pro-Style quarterback from Gibson Southern High School from Fort Branch, IN. He’s the quintessential pro-style quarterback being 6’5” tall with plenty of room to continue to grow and fill out that large frame.

247 Sports currently has Brady listed as the 12th best Pro-Style QB in the nation and the 4th best recruit in the state of Indiana. Expect to see this ranking to continue to change and flow as time goes on as Brady is just going into his Junior season in high school.

He’s the first commitment from the 2022 class and I couldn’t think of a better way to start a class. Purdue has shown that they are continuing to bring in talent under center which should help show future skill position players that the Boilers are committed to bringing in quarterbacks who can distribute the ball. He’ll join a very talented quarterback room in 2022 and expect for him to compete right away. Jeff Brohm has shown he’s committed to getting his guys early and using those commitments to build his classes from there.

2022 is still far off but I for one am already excited to see Brady in the old gold and black!

Welcome aboard Brady!

As Always, Boiler Up, Hammer Down, Hail Purdue!
